Information you provide
If you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company, area of interest, selected billboard, and the message you provide. Required fields are marked on the form.
How we use inquiry data
We use inquiry information to respond to you, understand advertising or property-owner needs, recommend relevant services, and maintain a record of the conversation. We do not sell inquiry information.
Local demo behavior
In the current local demo mode, the contact form validates in your browser and does not send or store the submission. The form clearly identifies demo mode. After the production API is enabled, this notice must be updated with the final storage, retention, and deletion practices.
Optional location access
If you choose “Near me” on the billboard map, your browser may ask for location permission. The location is used in your browser to center the map, calculate approximate distances, and sort nearby billboards. This implementation does not submit or store your device location.
Service and technical data
Hosting and security providers may process basic request information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare Turnstile may process device and interaction signals to distinguish people from automated abuse. The website does not intentionally add advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Storage and retention
When inquiry storage is enabled, access should be limited to people who need it to respond, and records should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, business records, security, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of inquiry information, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. To make a privacy request, email westcoastbillboards@hotmail.com.
